【中文摘要】 首次报道了 2 0 5新菌株 (Psilocybesp .)的驯化研究试验。试验结果表明 :菌丝生长的适宜温度为 2 2～32℃ ,最适为 2 8℃ ,适宜的pH为 5～ 1 2 ,最适为 7～ 9,适宜的碳源为甘露糖和葡萄糖 ,最适宜的氮源为牛肉膏和酵母膏。
【英文摘要】 Studies on domestication of 205 new strain for the first time.The results showed that the optimal temperature and pH for mycelium growth were 22℃ to 32℃ and 5 to 12,and the optimum one was 28℃ and 7to 9 as well.The optimal carbon sources were Mannose and glucose.And the optimal nitrogen sources were yeast paste and beef paste.
