【中文摘要】 研究了金顶侧耳 (Pleurotuscitrinipileatus)与黄白侧耳 (Pleurotuscornucopiae)的性亲和性及其杂交菌株的特性 ,结果表明 :金顶侧耳与黄白侧耳相互亲和 ;获得的 2株杂交菌株CC - 1、CC - 2的生长最适宜温度分别为 2 3 38～ 2 4 6 2℃、 2 3 6 1～ 2 4 19℃ ,而其亲本金顶侧耳 (0 5 79)和黄白侧耳 (MH0 0 30 1)交配型基准株的最适宜生长温度分别为 2 4 0 3～2 6 37℃、 2 4 2 7～ 2 6 33℃ ,杂交菌株的最适宜生长温度均低于亲本菌株
【英文摘要】 The sexual compatibility and the characteristics of hybrid strain of Pleurotus citripileatus and P.cornucopia were studied.The results are as follows.Pleurotus citripileatus and P.cornucopia are compatible on sexuality.The growth optimum temperature of the two hybrid strains obtained(strain CC-1 and CC-2)is 23.8～24.62℃,23.61～24.19℃.And the growth optimum temperature of their parents (Pleurotus citripileatus 0579 and P.cornucopia MH00301)is 24.03～26.37℃ and 24.27～26.37℃ separately.The growth optimum temperature of hybrid strains is lower than that of their parents.
