【英文摘要】 The formulae of mother culture media and stock spawn media of Pleurotus eryngii were compared.The experimental results showed that the optimum formula for mother culture Media of Pleurotus eryngii was formula 3,the dry mycelial weight in the medium of formula 3 was 3.5 times larger than that of the ck.,their difference was the most significant and the optimum formula for stock spawn media of Pleurotus eryngii was formula 4,the mycelial growth vigor in the medium of medium of formula 4 was the strongest compared to that of the other media with the most significant difference.
