【中文摘要】 杏鲍菇是一种市场前景非常广阔的珍稀食用菌 ,试验证明 ,将本地来源广泛、价格低廉的木屑、稻草按适当比例搭配后作为栽培主料进行熟料覆土栽培 ,可以获得较好的经济效益。
【英文摘要】 Pleurotus eryngii is a rare and edible fungus with a potential market.The experiment had proved that a good profit would be made from the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii by using the cultivated material mainly made of the wood scraps and straw arranged in proper proportions.
