【中文摘要】 在实验研究的基础上 ,成功地进行了棉秆粉代料栽培香菇的规模化生产试验。试验结果表明 ,棉秆粉代替木屑栽培香菇是完全可行的 ,但出菇后期营养不足、容易散袋 ,导致出菇期短 ,产量低。若在培养料中加入一定量的木屑 ,则可调节培养料的营养结构 ,增强料袋的紧实度 ,提高保水性能 ,菌丝生长快 ,香菇产量高 ,花菇率高。试验表明 ,培养料中木屑含量在 2 0 %左右时 ,香菇产量最高 ,效益最佳。
【英文摘要】 Cultivation of Lentinus edodes with the material of cotton stalk powder in broad scale on the basis of experiments was a success.The experiments showed that it was feasible to cultivate Lenlinus edodes with cotton stalk powder instead of sawdust.But it was undernourishment at the later stage,the bags were easy untied.Its growing period was short with low production.If we added some sawdust into the material,the nutritive structure could be adjusted so as to strengthen the bags with water preservation,and with quick growing speed.When the material contains the sawdust about 25%,thd production of Letinus edodes was the highest,and the profit was the best.
