【中文摘要】 采用室内培养的方法 ,来研究白蚁蚁巢的热水浸提物对鸡【丝生长的影响 ,探索鸡【丝的营养特征。研究发现蚁巢热水浸提物对黄褐纹鸡【丝的生长具有至关重要的、必不可少的作用 ,而蚁巢热水浸提物的量的多少对菌丝生长的影响不大。
【英文摘要】 The effect of hot water extractive of termitarium on the growth of hyphae of termitophile(Termitomyces striatus f.ochraceus.Heim)was studied in this paper to explored hyphae nutritional characteristics of this mushroom in vitro.We found that the hot water extractive of termitarium is important and necessary to the growth of hyphae of termitophile.But the quantity of extractive is unremarkable effect on the growth of hyphae.
