【中文摘要】 杏鲍菇属中低温型品种 ,从 1998年开展杏鲍菇的定向系统选育 ,选择目标是抗高温、耐低温、质量好、产量高 ,既可作冰菇 ,又可作菜菇棍棒状品种。 1999年选育的优良菌株 ,具有生育期短 ;较抗热耐低温 ,子实体清脆 ,形美、爽口等优点。采用棉子壳或木屑等栽培转化率达 10 0 %以上 ,并定名为“Pe5 2 8”
【英文摘要】 Pleurotus eryngii belongs to the intermediate and low temperature type.Since 1998 we began our special systematic breeding to Pleurotus eryngrii.The aim is to make the strain resist high and low temperature,with fine quality and high output.It can be used as freeze mushroom and also be used as ordinary baculiform mushroom type.In 1999 we selected an excellent strain.It′s of short growing period and it can resist high and low temperature.Its fruit body looks beautiful and tastes crisp.You can use cotton seed hull and wood dust cultivation methods.Its biological efficiency is 100%.It′s named"Pe528.
