【中文摘要】 本文探讨了松乳菇（Ｌａｃｔａｒｉｕｓｄｅｌｉｃｉｏｓｕｓ）深层发酵是可行的，并且筛选出以马铃薯为主料的培养液，其松乳菇菌球（或菌体）产量高。
【英文摘要】 It is studied in this paper that the submerged fermentation of Lactarius delciosus is executable. The cultivation liquid was screened from potatoes which were used as the main material. The mycelium of Lactarius delciosus yielded well.
