【中文摘要】 本文从出发菌株的选择、诱变因素和诱变材料的选用、主要食用菌类的辐射敏感性和适宜诱变剂量及突变株筛选与鉴定等方面综述了食用菌诱变育种的研究进展，并概述了食用菌诱变育种的研究动向。
【英文摘要】 Recent progress in study of edible fungi mutation breeding is reviewed in following aspects:choice of parent strain,mutagen and mutagenic material,radiation sensitivity and optimum mutagenic dose of main kinds of mushroom,selection and identification of mutant.The development tendency of edible fungi mutation breeding is summarized.
