杂木屑培养料中辅料的含量对香菇影响的研究

【中文摘要】 本文研究了杂木屑培养基中麦麸和米糠两种辅料对栽培香菇的影响。试验结果说明:米糠含量高的培养基,其绝对生物效率、培养基失重、呼吸消耗、木质纤维素降解量均高于米糠含量低的培养基;麦麸更适合作栽培香菇的辅料,20%的麦麸具有30%米糠基本相同的生理功能;培养基的C/N在栽培过程中不断下降,适当增加氮源可降低培养基的C/N,具有提高香菇产量的作用

【英文摘要】 The paper undertook aresearch on the effect of 2 kinds of subsidiaries,wheat bran and rice bran,in mixed tree sawdust medium of L. edodes cultivation.Theexperiment result sbowed that the medium with high content of rice bran was bigher than that with low content of rice bran in such factors as absolute biological efficiency,medium's reduction,respiration consumption etc..Wheat bran was more suitable for subsidiary.Medium with20percent of wheat bran showed the same physical function with that with 30 percent of rice bran.The content of C/N in medium decreased progressively during the cultivation of L. edodusappropriate increase of nitrogenous sourse could reduce C/Nin medium and hence improve the yield of L. edodus
