【中文摘要】 用烟叶或烟叶与棉籽壳搭配栽培平菇菌,则平菇菌的菌丝体,子实体生长和菇的产量、品质与生物效率,都优于纯棉籽壳培养基。其中尤以80%烟叶搭配20%棉籽壳(按湿料重)的处理,菇的产量和品质表现最好。这一结果不仅丰富了食用菌培养料的来源;而且有利于废弃烟叶和烟叶下脚料的开发利用,给广大烟农和卷烟厂带来经济效益。
【英文摘要】 By utilizing tobacco leaves-alone or tobacco leaves plus cotton seed shells to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus fungus,it is showed that the growth of mycelia and sporophores of them and the yield,quality and biological efficiency of their fruitbodies were superior to those of the medium of pure cotton seed shells.Especially the treatment of 80 percent tobacco leaves plus 20 percent cotton seed shells(ac- cording to the wet material weight)was the best in fruitbodies'yield and quality of all treatments。This result not only enriches the sources of materials for cultivation of edible fungi,but also advantages the exploitation and utilization of waste tobacco leaves and tobacco leaf residues.Thus it can bring about great benefit for tobacco growers and cigarette factories。
