【中文摘要】 1991年10月至1993年7月,笔者用Co—27等12个菌株做了四批十二次金针菇品种比较试验,菌株 Co—27比优良品种三明一号、F908分别增产14.26%和12.39%,差异显著性测验表明,它们之间的差异均达到了显著程度;Co—26、Co—14、Co—23、Co—15、Co—24、Co—13等菌株与两个对照品种相比,其产量都有不同程度的提高;除 Co—25之外,各菌株之间菌丝生长速度没有表现出显著的差异,而且菌丝生长的快慢与产量的高低也没有明显的相关性。
【英文摘要】 We made the variety test with strain Co—27 and other 12 strains of Flammulina velutipes for four lots,12 times.The yield of strain Co—27 increased more than 14.26% and 12.39% than the yield of quality strain Shanming No.I;F908.Different test of significance showed that diversity among them reached the significant level.Compared the strains Co—26,Co—14,Co—23,Co—15,Co—24,Co—13 with the two contrast strains, their yields rose in varied degrees.There were no striking differnce in growing speed among the strains except strain Co—25.And their growing speed had no distinct correlativity with height of their yield.
