【中文摘要】 本文报道了刺孔通气对香菇子实体形成的重要作用。经刺孔通气的人造菇木,发生的香菇个数显著增加,单菇增重,产量大幅度提高,特别是对中低温品种效果更显著,菌丝成熟时间可缩短30多天,比常规管理增产63.0%达到百公斤干料产干菇11.2公斤的高产。
【英文摘要】 This paper deals with the decisive effect,which is created by ventilation of perforated artificial shiitake logs,on shiitake fruitbody formation.A great increase not only in number of fruitbodies but also in size is achieved through new techniques of perforating artificial shiitake logs,and a sharp rise in yield is obtained as well.This techniques results especially in the cultivation of medium-low temperature shiitake strains,The generative and vegetative period is shortened by 30 days and the yield increased by 63.0% —11.2kg of dried shiitake mushrooms from 100kg dry substrate.
