【中文摘要】 柱状田头菇Agrocybe cylindracea(DC.ex Fr.)R.Maire菌丝体生长的最适碳源是葡萄糖、羧甲基纤维素钠和市售白糖;最适氮源是蛋白胨和1—半胱氨酸,其菌丝体能够在较广的碳氮比范围内生长,最适的碳氮比是60:1。
【英文摘要】 The optimal courbon sources for mycelial growth of Agrocybe cylindraceo (DC. ex Fr.) R. Maire are glueose, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt and commercial sugar. The optimal nitrogen are peptone and Lcysteine. Mycelium of the fungus may grow at a wide range of C/N ratio, with 60/1 as the optimal one.
