石灰在食用菌选择性培养料中的作用

【中文摘要】 侧耳属食用菌、黄背木耳和金针菇培养中添加适量石灰,能促进食用菌菌丝生长,严重抑制栽培料中毛霉(Mucor sP.)、绿霉菌(Trichoderma Viride)、青霉菌(penicillium sP.)的生长,从而增加其培养料的选择性。在香菇、猴头菌培养料中添加石灰,虽然抑制了杂菌生长,但也抑制了香菇、猴头菌菌丝的生长。侧耳属食用菌、黄背木耳和金针菇培养料的选择性是随石灰添加量而变化的。平菇、凤尾菇培养料中添加2—6%石灰,可明显地促进其菌丝生长。在石灰量2—4%范围内,16个侧耳属食用菌子实体产量有所提高。黄背木耳培养料中添加2—4%石灰,可明显促进菌丝生长,超过4%则抑制生长。金针菇培养料中添加2%石灰,对其菌丝生长没有影响,超过2%石灰则减慢菌丝生长速度。

【英文摘要】 When proper dose of lime is added to the compost of the genus pleurotus,Auricularia polytricha and Fl mmulina Velutipes,it can promote mycelial growth;meanwhile it seriously inhibits the growth of mucor Sp.Trichoderma Viride and penicillium Sp.in the cultivation of edible fungi.The lime added to the compost for the genus Pleurotus,Auricularia and Flammulina Velutipes could increase the selectivity of the compost. The lime added to the compost for Lentinus edodes and Hericium erinaceus inhibits both the growth of weed-mold and fungi.So it couldn't increase the selectivity of the compost. The selectivities of the compost for the genus pleurotus,auricularia polytricha and Flammulina Velutipes vary with the added dose of lime.2—6% lime in the compost for pleurotus ostreatus and pleurotus sajor- caju could promote the growth of mycelial significantly.2—4% lime produces little influence on the fruiting body yields of sixteen species of pleurotus genus,or improves them.Adding 2—4% lime to the...更多 compost of Auricularta polytricha could promote the growth significantly,but it will inhibit the growth if the dose of lime is over 4%.Adding 2% lime to the compost for Flammulina Vclutipes has no influence on the growth.
