【中文摘要】 为比较毛木耳和黑木耳菌株的生长特性及生产性能,将本地的7个菌株和外地引入的3个菌株,分别进行栽培,地方种 A.polytricha P-X-8004和 A.auricula A-K-Q77的生物学效率分别为79.3%和49.6%表明地方种明显地优于外地种。
【英文摘要】 For comparing the growth character and performance trait of some strains of Auricularia (?).cula and A. polytricha,7 local isolates and 3 foreign introduced strains were cultivated separately iu the poiypropylene bag filled with saw dust and mineral salts as culture substrate.The result showed that the biological efficiency of two local isolates(A.polytricha P-X-8004 and A.auricula A-K-Q77)were 79.30% and 49.6% respecti- vely.This also indicated that a local strain is significantly superior to the strains introduced from foreign region. Because of the differenee occurred in ecological types,a good performance trait of excellent strain is limited in local region,thus,the author considered that local good strain should be screened for use in locality.This aim may be achieved by the screening method described in this paper.
