【摘要】 对我国现行食用菌标准情况进行了整理分析,并针对目前我国食用菌标准化及标准工作中存在的问题提出了一些建议。
【Abstract】 The current situation of our state standards for edible fungi were analysed and discussed,specially for the existed main questions of our state standards for edible fungi,giving the formulated and revised advices.
