
食材用料:金针菇、真姬菇、肉丝、粉丝、料酒、盐、豆瓣酱
1.金针菇和真姬菇洗净焯水,去除涩味,捞起备用
2.粉丝焯熟,捞起放入盛有凉水的容器中
3.蒜末炝锅
4.放入肉丝翻炒
5.待肉丝发白时放入豆瓣酱和料酒翻炒
6.放入焯好的菇
7.粉丝利水放入锅内同炒,放入适量盐
8.带粉丝上色后即可出锅
