虫草素LDH插层纳米复合体

Intercalative Nanohybride of Cordycepin in Layered Double Hydroxide

Abstract:A novel negatively charged cordycepin-[Mg-Al-NO] nanohybrid has been prepared by ion-exchanged method.Results of TEM, PXRD and FT-IR spectroscopy confirmed that cordycepin could be intercalated into [Mg-Al-NO3] interlayers as the charge-compensating species.Preliminary result show that the new bioinorganic nanohybrid may be used as a novel inorganic pharmaceutically active compounds reservoir or carrier.b.

虫草素LDH插层纳米复合体

摘 要:通过离子交换反应制备了一种新型虫草素层状双氢氧化物纳米复合体. 透射电镜、X-衍射和红外光谱分析结果表明,带负电的虫草素中和无机层片电荷而插层到镁铝层状双氢氧化物[Mg-Al-NO3]中.实验结果显示,通过简单的离子交换,可制得新型生物有机纳米复合体,该类纳米复合体将有可能成为生物活性分子的贮存库或载体.
