Academician Li Yu : there existed three problems in medicinal food bacterial industry in China

On the afternoon of April 26th, National medicinal food bacteria industry technology innovation strategic alliance was set up in Nantong, Li Yu, the chairman of the International medicinal bacterial association, the former president of Jilin Agriculture University, was hired as the director of the experts committee of the alliance. After the meeting , Li Yu accepted the interview of Emushroom Network. He mainly talked about the three problems in medicinal food bacterial industry in China. First, the bacterial species used in the factory depends heavily on foreign countries, so it is imperative that we should invent bacterial species of our own. Secondly, the level of enterprise management is far from satisfactory, which has to be greatly improved. Lastly, it is necessary to unify the industry standard, especially the safety standard. Li Yu thought the foundation of the alliance would help to settle these problems.
