On April 29th, the ministry of agriculture officially enacted the No.1 reversion of administrative measures of edible fungus strains. In this edition, “certificate of registered capital ”was revived as “photocopy of the business license” in the No.3 edition released on April 25th.
After this regulation is implemented, if someone applies for the production and business operation license, he should submit following materials to the departments concerned of the people’s government at the county level, including the photocopy of the business license, the application form of edible fungi production and business operation license, the introduction of the features of the varieties, and so on.
