JXC-2000A 型全自动拉伸膜机（缠绕膜机）

    特点：

     ﹡ T型模头采用特殊双节流设计，使膜料厚薄调整更加准确（功采用进口模具）；

     ﹡ 主机采用国外先进主机摆动出膜方式，从而使产品收卷更紧，更加均匀；

     ﹡ 螺杆采用特殊混料功能及高塑化功能设计，确保料粒融化，色泽均匀； 

     ﹡ 温控采用先进自动控制系统，可准确控制塑化过程、调整膜料厚度和平整性；

     ﹡ 膜料厚薄控制采用螺杆调整及变频高速牵引，可精确控制薄膜厚薄度；

     ﹡ 冷却辊直径370MM及回路冷却系统可选择配微电脑模温控制机精确控制冷却辊温度，使膜料平

        整、厚薄均匀；

     ﹡ 该机组全线采用PLC智能工业控制系统，自动换卷，配合隐蔽式，自动切刀，确保操作既安全            

        又方便，确保了收卷质 量，大大提高了生产效率，为客户降低了成本，创造了更多价值。

﹡ The temperature control adopts the advanced automatic control system,which can accurately control the plasticizing process,adjust the thickness of the film material and its evenness.

﹡ The control in the thichkness of the film material adopts screw adjustment and twisted pairs simulating,which can  accurately control the thickness of the film material.

﹡ The diameter of the cooling roller is 370mm and double-loop cooling system working with the micro-computer mould control machine can accurately control the temperature of the cooling roller,so as to make the film material more smooth and even in theckness.

﹡ This unit adopts PLC intelligent industrial control system in the whole line.Auto roll exchange,cooperates with                                                        concealed auto cutting ensure the safety and convenienceof the operation and the quality of rolling .That can highly improves the production effectiveness,lowers the cost of production for customers and creates more values.
