【摘要】 在冬季日光温室中采用全光照栽培管理模式,研究了全光照对平菇产量及品质的影响。结果表明,全光照培养条件下收获的平菇菇形紧凑,菌柄显著变短,菌盖颜色较深,含水量降低,具有较高的蛋白质及脂肪含量。全光照对提高平菇品质有积极的作用,但对产量的提高作用不显著。
【Abstract】 A study was executed by culturing Pleurotus ostreatus with full illumination in winter solar-greenhouse in order to research the effect of full illumination on the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus.The results showed that full illumination significantly make the shape of Pleurotus ostreatus more compact than the control group,deepened the color of pileus,reduced the length of stipe and the moisture of fruit body,improved the protein cotent and fat content.Full illumination had positive ef...
