【摘要】 用不同配比香蕉茎叶进行平菇母种培养基配方筛选及平菇栽培试验。结果表明,母种培养基配方4或配方3,平菇菌丝体生长最好,栽培以A配方较适合平菇生长。
【Abstract】 Using different ratio of banana stems and leaves in medium,the formula of mother culture medium and cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium growth were best in formula 4 or 3 of mother culture medium.The formula A was more suitable to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.
