【中文摘要】 4个白平菇菌株yt 1、yt 2、yt 3、yt 4的酯酶同工酶分析表明,yt 4是由yt 1经一定剂量的60Co γ射线辐照后产生的新菌株。出菇试验结果表明,yt 4是一个性状好、产量高的优良菌株。
【英文摘要】 The analysis of esterase isozyme of four different strains of Pleurotus ostreatus showed that a new strain of yt-4 was produced by 60Co-γ ray radiation on yt-1. And the result of fruitbody formation experiment also showed that yt-4 was a fine strain with good biological characteristics and high yield.
