【中文摘要】 研究了不同浓度的Na2 SeO3 对白灵菇菌丝体、子实体发育和产量的影响 ,以及白灵菇的富硒能力。试验结果表明 ,培养基中添加的亚硒酸钠浓度为 4 0mg kg～ 80mg kg时 ,对白灵菇菌丝体和子实体生长发育有明显促进作用。
【英文摘要】 The effect of different selenium concentration on the growth and the yield of P.nebrodensis mycelia and fruitbodies as well as the Se-accumulation ability of P.nebrodensis were studied. The experimental results showed that the growth and development of P. nebrodensis mycelia and fruitbodies would be obviously promoted if Na_2SeO_3 was addded to the media at the concentration of 40mg/kg～80mg/kg.
