【中文摘要】 研究了影响松乳菇菌丝生长的碳源和氮源。结果表明 ,松乳菇的最适碳源是可溶性淀粉 ,最适氮源是蛋白胨和KNO3。
【英文摘要】 The effect of C sources and N sources on the mycelial growth of Lactarius deliciosus was studied in this paper. It was showed in our experiments that the optimum C source was soluble starch and the optimum N sources were peptone and KNO 3.
