【中文摘要】 应用保健功能的评价方法对猴头菌子实体中提取的猴头菌多糖进行免疫功能测定。实验结果表明 ,猴头菌多糖能提高自然杀伤细胞的活性、促进迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)的发生 ,能增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ;而对体液免疫和免疫器官的增殖作用不明显。这说明猴头菌多糖主要是通过增强免疫细胞的活性来调节机体的免疫功能
【英文摘要】 Hericium erinaceus is a kind of medicinal fungi.It was proved through the investigation on immunoregulatory function of Hericium ernaceus polysaccharides (HEP) that HEP, compared with the control, had remarkable effects on improving the activities of NK cells, promoting the genesis of delayed type hypersensitivity and enhancing the phagocytosis of macrophage. While HEP only had unsignificant effect on humoral immunological function and the proliferation function of immunological organs. And it was indicated that the immunological function of human body could be regulated through the strengthening of the immunocyte activity by Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide
