【中文摘要】 阿魏侧耳有很高的食用和药用价值.它分布在我国的新亚维吾尔自治区;欧洲、北非和中亚也有分布。1958年至今,国内外许多科技工作者对其进行了驯化栽培研究。1983年中国驯化栽培成功,1990年选育到一株适于商业化栽培的菌株KH2,目前已在许多省区推广栽培。
【英文摘要】 Pleurotus ferulae has high edible and medicinal value. It distributes only in Xingjiang in China, but it also distributes in Europe, North Africa and Middle Asia. Since 1958, research workers at home and abroad studied on the domestication and cultivation of Pleurotus ferulae. It was successfully domesticated in China in 1983, and a strain named KH2 suited for commercial cultivation was selected in 1990 and cultivated in many provinces and autonomous regions in China now.
