【中文摘要】 新疆圆孢蘑菇(Agaricus gennadii)产于天山南麓腹地、新疆焉耆盆地等地。该菇在4～28℃均可生长。每年4～6月初及9～10月中旬为发生高潮,高温季节停止出菇,蘑菇发生带有机质含量丰富,子实体形成于距地面10～30cm甚至更深处,整个生活周期都不需要光线。圆孢蘑菇子实体肥大,菌肉厚,营养丰富,味美可口,且干制率高。
【英文摘要】 Agaricus gennadii is found in the hinterland at the southern foot of Tianshan Mt. and Yan-qi Basin area. The appropriate growing temperature for A, gennadii is between 4-28℃. Its peak flushing period is from April to early June and September to mid-October each year, while its growth would be suppressed at hot season. It tends to grow at the district with abundant organic matter and its fruitbody is found to form 10-30cm or even more deep under the ground. It did not need any light during its whole life cycle. The fruitbody of A. gennadii is big and fat with thick pulp, rich in nutrition and tastes delicious with high dry weight.
