猴头菌对碳、氮营养的利用

【中文摘要】 在碳素含量为2%、氮素含量为0.06%的条件下,采用液体静止培养方法,研究了4个猴头菌菌株对碳、氮营养的利用。结果表明,菌丝营养生长对有机氮的利用比对无机氮强,有机氮中,其对复合氮素如蛋白胨、干酪素、酵母膏的利用比对单一氮素如尿素、谷氨酰胺强。无机氮中,其对铵态氮利用较强,硝态氮基本上不能被利用。猴头菌对碳素营养的利用广泛,在多糖中对糊精的利用最好,其次是可溶性淀粉,对纤维素的利用较差。单糖中的甘露糖、葡萄糖,双糖中的麦芽糖、蔗糖为较理想的碳源。以葡萄糖为碳源,硫酸铵为氮源时,猴头菌菌丝生长的适宜C/N比为6~21∶1,最适C/N比为15∶1。当C/N比为15∶1、培养基含氮量为0.18%~0.22%时,菌丝生长旺盛,对营养的利用比较合理。

【英文摘要】 C- and N-nutrition utilization of 4 strains of Hericium erinaceus was studied in quiet liquid culture with 2% C-nutrition and 0.06 % N-nutrition. The results showed that organic nitrogens were better utilized than inorganic nitrogens by Hericium erinaceus mycelia. Among organic nitrogens, complex nitrogens, such as peptone, dry casein and yeast extract were better utilized than simple nitrogens, such as urea and glutamine by the mycelia. Among inorganic nitrogens, ammonium nitrogen was well utilized, but nitrate nitrogen was hardly utilized. Hericium erinaceus mycelia utilized carbon nutrition widely. Dextrin was the best utilized polysaccharide, secondly was soluble starch and the last was cellulose. Mannose and glucose were well utilized monosaccharides, while maltose and sucrose were well utilized disaccharides. The optimum C/N-ratio for Hericium erinaceus mycelia growth in liquid culture was 6-21:1 when glucose and (NH4)2SO4 were used as C- and N-nutrition resp..
