胶陀螺子实体中几种化合物的分离鉴定

【中文摘要】 通过对胶陀螺子实体及其发酵物进行提取分离,共得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为丙二酸、棕榈酸和4,8-十九碳二烯酸,并采用GC-MS法对从石油醚萃取层中得到的A组分进行了分析,鉴定出22个化合物,主要为极性较小的脂肪族烃类和脂肪酸类化合物。

【英文摘要】 3 compounds of fruiting body and fermentation of Bulgaria inquinans were extracted and separated in this article, which were identified as remalonic acid, hexadecanoic acid and 4,8-nonadecane dienoic acid respectively. 22 compounds were identified from A component by GC-MS analysis, which were obtained from the petroleum ether extract layer. The compounds were mainly a kind of small polarity fatty group of hydrocarbon and the fatty acid.
