【中文摘要】 通过不同的碳源、氮源、温度和pH值对宾王菇菌丝生长影响的实验研究,表明宾王菇菌丝生长的最适碳源为果糖和葡萄糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨,最适生长温度为23℃,菌丝在pH值5～12均可生长,最适pH为8。
【英文摘要】 Lyophyllum fumosurn is a kind of wild edible mushroom in Fuxin city, Liaoning province, which has great value in exploitation and research. In order to protect and exploit this resource, the mycelia growth in different conditions were studied. The results showed that the optimum carbon resources are glucose and fructose, the optimum nitrogen source is peptone, the optimum mycelia growth temperature is 23℃, and the mycelia can grow between pH 5 and pH 12 with the optimum pH 8.
