【中文摘要】 选取板栗苞壳为栽培料,以熟料袋栽方式进行平菇和秀珍菇的栽培试验,通过对比分析,探讨利用板栗苞壳栽培平菇和秀珍菇的生物学效率及经济效益。结果表明:平菇、秀珍菇菌丝长势良好,平菇的生物效率高于秀珍菇,但秀珍菇的经济效益明显高于平菇。
【英文摘要】 Using bracteata chestnut shell as cultivating material, the experiment was conducted by using of clinker and bag cultivation pattern. By ways of comparative analysis, the biological efficiency and economic benefits of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus cunucopiae were exploited. The result showed that the mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus cunucopiae grew well, and the biological efficiency of Pleurotus ostreatus was higher than that of Pleurotus cunucopiae, but the economic benefits of the latter was obviously higher than that of the former.
