姬松茸选育菌株的部分特性研究

【中文摘要】 对新选育4株姬松茸菌株的若干菌性特征进行了研究。结果表明:在差异性为0.05和0.01的两种水平下,AbML11菌丝长速与AbML2、AbMD3、AbML7、AbM9菌丝长速差异达到极显著水平,AbML7长速最慢,长势最弱;4个菌株的最适温度均为28℃,其中AbML2、AbMD3耐受温度最高达36℃。在转管过程中,AbML11菌丝长速与长势稳定性最佳,其次AbML2、AbM9、AbMD3,AbML7最差;与出发菌株比较,AbML2、AbML11具有较强的抗青霉能力,AbMD3、AbML7抗霉力较差;在菌丝拮抗试验中,5个菌株之间均产生拮抗,说明菌株间存在一定的遗传差异性;RAPD图谱分析表明,当遗传相似系数达62%时,可以将5个菌株分成:AbML2、AbMD3,AbML7、AbM9和AbML11两类。由此可见,新选育的4株姬松茸菌性有别于AbM9,AbML11若干性状优于AbM9。

【英文摘要】 Fungus characteristics of four stains of selected strain Agaricus blazei Murrill was studied in this paper. The results showed that under 0.05 and 0.01 two kinds of levels, the growth rate of AbML11 reached to the limit the remarkable level, compared to AbML2,AbMD3,AbML7,AbM9,AbML7 had slowest growth rate, and the growth potential was weakest; optimum temperatures of four strains were 28 ℃, among them,high tolerance temperature of AbML2 and AbMD3 were up to 36℃.In transfers of the tube process, the stability of AbML11 growth rate and growth potential was best, next AbML2, AbM9, AbMD3, AbML7 was worst; compared with AbM9, AbML2, AbML11 had the stronger anti-penicillin ability, but the ability of AbMD3, AbML7 were bad; in hypha antagonistic test, between five strains all produces antagonistic lines, explained the strain had the certain heredity difference.The RAPD atlas analysis indicated, when the similar coefficient of heredity was up to 62%, the strains could be sorted into two specie...更多s , the first species was No.2 and No.3, the second species was No.7 , No.9 and No.11.Therefore, it can be seen: the four new selective strains were different from AbM9, and the certain characters of AbML11 surpassed AbM9.  还原
