【中文摘要】 以双孢蘑菇176和2796为亲本菌株,通过单孢子杂交育种,经过初筛、复筛和生产性试验,获得一株新的稳定的双孢蘑菇杂交高产菌株,该杂交菌株具有发菌快、出菇早、产量高、颜色白、朵形较大、菌肉肥厚、抗逆性较强等优点。
【英文摘要】 Using Agaricus bisporus 176 and 2796 as strains,a new steady high-yield strain was obtained by preliminary selection,secondary selection and tests on its production.The strain has following advantages: rapid growth of mycelium,earlier fruiting body,high yield,thicker,larger,whiter and tolerance.
