【中文摘要】 进行了滑菇子实体不同部位的组织分离母种试验研究。结果表明滑菇子实体分离母种,含水量较低的子实体的菌盖边缘组织是最佳选择。
【英文摘要】 This paper is a study on comparative tests on mother culture of tissue separation from different parts of fruit bodies of Pholiota nameko .The result showed:the drier fruit bodies have more advantages in successful isolation because it can lower the rate of contamination by bacteria,and the side of the caps are more suitable to be used in tissue separation than other parts of the bodies as its hyphal growth is stronger and quicker than others'.
