【中文摘要】 通过对四株野生菌株和两株福建省当家栽培菌株的生活条件 ,菌丝生长速度和产量进行比较 ,结果显示 ,不同的茶薪菇菌株对生活条件的要求基本一致 ,供试的 6株菌株的菌丝生长最适C :N为 10 :1、最适温度为 2 5℃、最适pH值为 6 0。菌丝生长速度和产量的比较试验结果由高至低的顺序为Ag -F1、Ag -F6、Ag -F5、Ag-F2、Ag -F3、Ag -F4 ,并且各菌株间存在显著差异
【英文摘要】 A comparative study on life conditions,mycelia growth speed and yields of four wild strains and two strains cultivated in Fujian Province was reported in this paper.The results showed that different strains of Agrocybe chaxingu required almost same life conditions;the optimum growth conditions of mycelia of six strains are:C/N is 10/1,temperature is 25℃,pH is 6.0 Growth speed of mycelia and yields were in such an order,i.e.,Ag-F1>Ag-F6>Ag-F5>Ag-F2>Ag-F3>Ag-F4,and there is significant difference between these strains.
