【中文摘要】 不同的激素及其组合对白阿魏蘑菌丝生长的影响不同。激素通过提高白阿魏蘑菌丝胞外酶的活力 ,促进其生长发育。激素处理能明显缩短白阿魏蘑的发菌时间 ,使出菇时间提前 ,使其产量和生物转化率都得到提高。
【英文摘要】 Different hormonal component and their compoundings have different effects on the growth of Pleurotus eryngii var.nebrodensis′ hypha.Hormone can facilitate Pleurotus eryngii var.nebrodensis′growth through improving the vitality of its cell′s ectoenzym.Proper hormonal dealings can obviously shorten the growh period of pleurotus eryngii var.nebrodensis′hypha and the harvest period of Pleurotus eryngii var.nebrodensis,increase its yield and rate of biotransformation.
