【中文摘要】 综述了羊肚菌生物学特征、营养成分和保健功效、生化和分子生物学特点、菌丝体深层发酵、人工栽培以及开发应用等方面的研究成果 ,并提出了今后羊肚菌研究与开发的侧重点。
【英文摘要】 Achievements in the study of Mochella,including the biological characteristics,the nutrient components and the health effects,the further fermentation,the artificial cultivation,as well as the exploitation of Mochella were summarized.And the key points of study and exploitation of Mochella were put forward too.
