【中文摘要】 报导了菌糠在双孢蘑菇菌种生产中的应用效果。结果表明 :菌糠是代替一部分麦粒制作蘑菇菌种的好材料 ,麦粒 :菌糠比为 10 0∶4 0 ,10 0∶6 0和 10 0∶80的配比比较适合蘑菇菌丝生长 ,其中麦粒 :菌糠比为 10 0∶6 0时表现最好。
【英文摘要】 The application effect of edible fungi culture matter on Agaricus bisporus strain production was discussed in this paper.Results showed that edible fungi culture matter was a better material for mushroom strain production,which could take the place of some wheat grain.When the ratios of wheat grain and edible fungi culture matter were 100 to 40,100 to 60 and 100 to 80,they were fitter for the growth of mycelium.Of those,the ratio of 100 to 60 was the best.
