【中文摘要】 在对我国块菌产地块菌贸易中块菌质量作了调查和统计分析的基础上,结合我国块菌采收和贸易过程中存在的问题和国外黑孢块菌等采收的经验,提出了改进我国块菌产地资源保护和利用方式以及开展黑孢块菌等人工栽培的建议。
【英文摘要】 The quality of ascocarps from truffle markets of product areas in west China was surveyed and analyzed based on statistics.The results showed that the different species of Tuber such as Tuber indicum,Tuber sinense,Tuber pseudoexcavatum Wang et al.and etc.mixed altogether,were sold in markets at the same time,and the truffles were often harvested ahead of maturation and were cropped malapropos,which caused much damage on truffle ascocarps.That is why the truffle sold in China is always in poor quality.To solve the existing issues in process of harvest and trade in China,the experience of harvesting black truffle (Tuber melanosporum)in France and Italy should be made used of.Suggestions were proposed for improving the ways of protecting and utilizing truffle resources.And it is considered that the cultivation with T.melanosporum and some other species is necessary to develop this prospect industry.
