【中文摘要】 本文设计和建造小型二次发酵隧道 ,并就蘑菇培养料集中二次发酵不同填料高度工艺进行详细的研究 ,试验结果发现采用 1 8米的填料高度的发酵方法效果最好 ,产量较一般简易二次发酵方法提高 2 9%。
【英文摘要】 A small modorn compost tunnel was planned and constructed.Then it was detailed sutdied on filling height of tunnel in the compost fermentation.The results showed that the best filling height is in 1 8 metre.It had 29% higher production with 1 8 metre height over the normal simple fermentation way in China.
