【中文摘要】 利用玉米秸杆 -棉籽壳基质栽培平菇 ,菌丝生长速度快 ,满袋时间比棉籽壳提前 6d ,子实体生长符合指数增长曲线 ,子实体生长速度的高峰期比棉籽壳滞后 ,出菇期比棉籽壳长。采用玉米秸杆和棉籽壳按 1∶1混合袋栽平菇 ,生物学效率可高达 138%。投入产出比为 1∶2 46。
【英文摘要】 It was demonstrated in this study that it was practicable to produce Pleurotus ostreatus with media containing smashed maize straw and cottonseed shell,that the Pleurotus ostreatus hypha in mixed media grew faster than in pure cottonseed shell and the days of the bag filled with the hyphae were 6 days shorter than cotton husk media,And the fruitbody growth principals were in accordance with the exponential growth curve,and the peaks of the fruitbody growth speed of the treatment groups were later than that of the control.The biological efficiency of the treatment groups contained 50% maize straw and 50% cottonseed shell was 145%.And the rate with devotion and output percentage was 1∶2 46.
