【英文摘要】 Many kinds of edible fungi in nature. But the classification of edible fungi have no a new method still only based on morphology at present time. The invention and advance of science gives people a key to open the gate of serology in edible fungi.This artical introducesa new study that is using edible fugi serum to classify edible fungi species. This study is successfully produced two antibodys, one is Lentinus edodes antibody, the other is Pleurotus ostreatus antibody. Agar diffusion test verified its exactitude. This method can not only classify edible fungi species but also create an antitoxin to treat gill fungus poisoning.
