【中文摘要】 红汁乳菇，质脆味美，营养丰富，湘西各族人民视为山中珍品，市场上十分走俏。由于属菌根菌，国内外研究报道甚少。本文就笔者１９９１年９月以来，对湘西红汁乳菇的分布及生态环境等进行考察研究的结果，予以报告。
【英文摘要】 Lactarius hatsudake Tanaka is brittle and delicious witL abundant nutrient.The people for nationalities in West Hunan regard as it is a treasure from land.In the market it is a goods in great demand,As it belongs to mycorrhiza, the report at home and abroad is very few.Authors have investigated and studied the distribution and ecological enviro-nment of Lactarius hatsudake Tanaka in West Hunan since September 1991.Here the results obtained are reported.
