【英文摘要】 Abstract The heterokaryonic mycelia of Pleurotns sapidus and Lentinus edodes had clampconnections(C.C.).Microscopic examinaatioti showed that after enzymolysis,theregenerative strains of protoplast possessed monokaryons or dikaryons.In this study, cell fusion was carried out using uninucleal protoplasts from P. sapldusand L. edodes, and using PEG-Ca as inducer. From 1022 regeneration strains,16fusion strains with C.C. were detected,Antagonistia experiment, di-mon mating,isoenzyrnepattern analysis, and harvesting experiment were conducted for 4 fusion strains showedthat. the fusions desinifely the character of the parents’,In addition,the fruit bodyyield of fusion strains all reached to commodity production level,and the yield of 3fusion strains was increased respectively by 1.6%,7.3%,and 11.4%as compared withthe parent P. sapldus.
