【中文摘要】 蘑菇增产灵是一种新的蘑菇子实体生长促进剂,由轻工业部食品发酵工业科学研究所开发和研制而成。本文讨论了蘑菇增产灵对蘑菇产量的影响。研究结果表明,在子实体原基形成期,喷施蘑菇增产灵溶液的处理,蘑菇产量比对照增加15～20％以上,蘑菇质量未发现显著的差别。根据统计分析,蘑菇增产的效应是显著的。
【英文摘要】 Zeng-Chan-Ling is a new kind of growth-promoting agent for the fruiting body of mushroom, Agaricus bisporus, This kind of promoting agent was developed by Scientific Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industry, Ministry of Light Industry. The paper discussed the effect of Zeng-Chan-Ling on the yield of mushroom. The results obtained in the research indicated that the treatment of mushroom by spraying Zeng-Chan-Ling solution at the stage of primordia formation increased the yield of mushroom by over 15-20% compared with the controls, but no obvious difference in the quality of mushroom. According to the statistical analysis, the effect of increasing mushroom yield is significant.
