【摘要】 通过来源鉴定、性状鉴定及红外检测、薄层色谱鉴定、石油醚提取物GC-MS分析等理化鉴定方法,对蒙古口蘑及其市场上常见的3种蒙古口蘑混淆品进行真伪鉴别,并指出正品和伪品的不同鉴别特征。通过来源鉴定3种混淆品是水粉伞菌(Clitocybe nebularis)、杨树口蘑(Tricholoma populinum)、野蘑菇(Agaricus arvensis)的子实体。
【Abstract】 The pharmacognosy features and the other kinds of similar mushrooms were studied by the source identification,character identification,infrared detection,identification TLC,petroleum ether extract GC-MS analysis and so on.The similar mushrooms of T.mongolicum were Clitocybe nebularis,Agaricus arvensis and Tricholoma populinum.
