【摘要】 对应"南菇北移"的食用菌产业发展趋势,概述了黑木耳产业形成"北耳南扩"趋势的原因,介绍了"北耳南扩"之喜忧,并提出了应对措施。
【Abstract】 According to the development trend of the edible mushroom industry of cultivation from south to north in China,the reason of cultivation spread of Auricularia auricula from north to south in China was summarized in this paper and introduced its advantage and disadvantage.The counter measures were raised.
